These Terms are entered into between the Astrologer who signs up to become an Astrologer Advisor ("Astrologer") on the AstroTamil platform. By signing up and agreeing to provide consultation services on AstroTamil, the Astrologer is directly contracting with Bloom Matrix, and upon clicking the "I AGREE" button, it signifies that the Astrologer has carefully read, understood, and accepted the Terms of Service. The Astrologer shall be bound by these Terms from the moment their application is approved and their profile is activated by AstroTamil.

Bloom Matrix (hereinafter referred to as "Company", "we", "our", or "AstroTamil") is the author and publisher of the internet resource www.astrotamil.co.in, which includes but is not limited to the mobile and web-based applications under the brand name "AstroTamil". AstroTamil owns, manages, and operates the services provided through this platform.

1. NATURE AND APPLICABILITY OF THE TERMS

a. These Terms include the present Service Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and together constitute the legal agreement ("Terms") between the Astrologer and Bloom Matrix (hereinafter referred to as "AstroTamil").

b. Definition of Astrologer:
An individual shall be considered an "Astrologer" when they register and are approved to provide astrology-related consultation services (via chat, call, or other modes) on the AstroTamil platform. By completing registration, the astrologer agrees to abide by all the Terms and Policies outlined by AstroTamil. Submission of false information, degrees, or misrepresentation may result in immediate suspension or termination.

c. Amendment of Terms:
AstroTamil reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms. Changes will be notified through appropriate channels such as email, app notification, or dashboard updates. Continued use of the platform post notification signifies acceptance of the amended terms.

d. Onboarding Guidelines:
Upon successful onboarding:

• The astrologer must upload a recent profile picture for identity purposes. The same profile image and display name used on AstroTamil must not be reused on any other platform. Requests to change the picture or display name can be submitted to AstroTamil and will be reviewed at our discretion.
• Astrologers must not share or disclose their real name, social media handles, or contact information with any user on or off the platform.
• The astrologer's content (profile picture, reviews, responses, etc.) grants AstroTamil a royalty-free, irrevocable right to use for promotional, branding, or operational purposes in any media, offline or online.
• An astrologer practicing on AstroTamil shall not provide astrology consultation on any competing or similar digital astrology platform during their active tenure with AstroTamil.
• Post-deactivation or voluntary exit, astrologers agree not to use the same profile photo, display name, or identity associated with AstroTamil for a minimum period of 5 years.
• Any violation of exclusivity, identity protection, or sharing of personal data will result in immediate deactivation, suspension, or legal action depending on the severity of the breach.

e. Notice Period:
Astrologers intending to discontinue their services with AstroTamil must serve a minimum 60-day notice. Failure to serve notice may result in forfeiture of pending payouts or future collaboration restrictions.

f. Limitation of Liability:
AstroTamil shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the astrologer's service or earnings. The astrologer indemnifies AstroTamil against all third-party claims related to services, conduct, or violation of terms.

2. OBLIGATIONS AND PERFORMANCE

a. Astrologer Affirmation
The Astrologer hereby affirms and agrees to the following:

• The astrologer is above the age of 18 and legally eligible to provide astrology services in accordance with applicable laws.
• The astrologer has the appropriate training, certification, or experience to offer astrology-based consultation and has not misrepresented their qualifications during the onboarding process.
• The astrologer will maintain truthful, up-to-date, and accurate personal and professional information on their profile.
• The astrologer will not provide medical, legal, or financial diagnosis or remedies that are beyond astrological interpretation or advice.
• The astrologer will never claim guaranteed outcomes, issue fear-based predictions (e.g., life threats, fatal warnings), or misuse belief for manipulation.
• The astrologer's advice is not a substitute for a doctor's or legal expert's advice, and must be provided as guidance based on astrological data only.

b. Professional Conduct and User Interaction

• The astrologer must behave professionally and respectfully with all users. Rude, offensive, manipulative, or abusive behavior will result in temporary suspension or permanent account termination.
• Astrologers shall not upload, distribute, or communicate any vulgar, defamatory, misleading, abusive, or hateful content through chat, call, or reports.
• Astrologers shall not share user consultation content, details, or personal information anywhere online or offline without written consent. Such action will result in immediate account deactivation.
• Publicly demeaning a user, another astrologer, or AstroTamil in any form—including on social media—will lead to profile termination and blacklisting from future collaboration.
• In all public comments, reviews, or content, the astrologer shall maintain professional decorum and not reveal the nature of consultations or private user details.
• Repeated poor user feedback, unprofessional tone, or negative behavioral patterns may lead to the removal of premium tags like "Verified" or "Top Rated," profile demotion, or complete removal from the platform.

c. Privacy and Platform Exclusivity

• The astrologer shall not share personal details (such as phone number, email, WhatsApp, Telegram, social media handles, etc.) with users. Doing so will lead to account deactivation and potential blacklisting.
• Astrologers shall never ask users to contact them outside the AstroTamil platform. They must encourage users to continue all interactions strictly through AstroTamil.
• Any attempt to divert users to other platforms or private channels, even if initiated by the user, will be considered a serious breach of trust and may result in blacklisting and future disqualification from the platform.

d. Time Commitment and Availability

• Astrologers are expected to maintain regular availability and maintain quality service standards. Irregular availability or frequent missed sessions without notice will result in removal from priority listing or dashboard visibility.
• Consistent inactive status for more than 14 days without intimation may lead to temporary suspension or final removal from the platform.
• All active astrologers must respond to queries and paid reports in a timely manner, based on the platform's SLAs (Service-Level Agreements). Delays may lead to service restrictions or deactivation of reporting rights.

e. Prohibited Practices

• AstroTamil strictly prohibits the practice or promotion of black magic, tantra, vashikaran, totkas, or any superstitious rituals that involve harm or exploitation. Violation will lead to immediate permanent termination and delisting.
• Astrologers must avoid giving users any false hope or engaging in fear-based predictions to push remedies or gain repeat consultations.
• No astrologer shall promise 100% guaranteed results. Overpromising or misleading the user will lead to removal of premium badges and termination of report privileges.
• AstroTamil reserves the right to audit consultations for quality and accuracy. Repeated quality violations can result in loss of privileges or profile deactivation.

f. Remedy and Services Transparency

• If offering astrological remedies, astrologers must maintain full transparency. Remedies must be reasonable, non-exploitative, and in alignment with user belief and dignity.
• Remedies involving paid services or purchases (when offered via AstroTamil) must be clearly explained. Overselling, misguidance, or hidden commercial intention may lead to removal from any featured sections and service restrictions.
• Recommendations for offline pujas, rituals, or products outside AstroTamil without approval are prohibited. Violation can result in account suspension.

g. Confidentiality and Platform Usage

• Astrologers must not discuss AstroTamil's internal policies, earnings model, platform strategies, or user data with anyone outside the company.
• Using someone else to impersonate the astrologer during chat or call is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action and permanent deactivation.
• Login credentials provided by AstroTamil are to be used only by the astrologer. Sharing or outsourcing your account for handling user consultations will result in immediate legal disassociation and blacklisting.

3. USAGE OF FEATURES

a. Self-Set Pricing within Assigned Slab

• AstroTamil allows astrologers to set their own consultation rates for both chat and call services, within a price slab assigned during onboarding.
• Pricing slabs are determined based on the astrologer's experience, skillset, accuracy, language proficiency, and onboarding performance.
• Astrologers may request price revision through the dashboard. Any revision will be evaluated and approved by the AstroTamil team.

b. Wallet Management and Withdrawals

• AstroTamil provides each astrologer a secure wallet where consultation earnings are credited automatically after platform charges are deducted.
• Astrologers can manually initiate withdrawal requests once the wallet reaches the minimum withdrawal threshold as defined by AstroTamil.
• AstroTamil will not auto-initiate any withdrawal on behalf of the astrologer. It is the astrologer's responsibility to trigger the withdrawal when eligible.
• Any refunds processed to users or disputes raised may result in deduction or holding of equivalent amounts from the wallet until resolution.

c. "Next Online" Availability Feature

• AstroTamil includes a "Next Online Time" feature, where astrologers are expected to update their upcoming availability through the dashboard.
• Regular updates to the "Next Online" status improve visibility of the astrologer on the platform and help build a loyal customer base.
• Consistent failure to update or follow the declared schedule may affect visibility or lead to internal review.

d. Public Reviews and Feedback System

• AstroTamil enables verified users to leave public reviews and star ratings after a consultation with an astrologer.
• These reviews are displayed on astrologer profiles and contribute to user trust and reputation building.
• Astrologers are expected to maintain professionalism while responding to user reviews. Any reply must avoid personal information, disrespectful language, or client-sensitive details.
• Repeated low-rated sessions, negative reviews, or flagged complaints may lead to mentoring, suspension, or removal from the platform.

e. AstroTamil Verified Badge

• AstroTamil awards a Verified Badge to astrologers who show consistent quality, professional conduct, and high consultation activity.
• The badge enhances profile trustworthiness and is reviewed periodically.
• AstroTamil may revoke or suspend the badge in case of quality drop, inactivity, or any terms violation.

f. Profile Modification

• Once onboarding is complete, any changes to the profile picture, display name, or bio must be requested via the support dashboard.
• Astrologers are strictly prohibited from using their AstroTamil profile image or display name on other similar platforms.
• Profile duplication, misrepresentation, or failure to maintain accuracy can lead to immediate suspension or termination.

4. PRICING, COMMISSION & EARNINGS POLICIES

a. Astrologer-Controlled Pricing

• AstroTamil allows astrologers to set their own consultation rates for both chat and call services within a pre-approved price slab assigned during onboarding.
• The earnings per consultation will be calculated based on the astrologer's set price, after deducting payment gateway charges and applicable platform charges.
• If an astrologer wishes to revise their price, a request must be placed through the AstroTamil dashboard, which will be reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis.

b. Platform Commission Structure

• AstroTamil's platform commission is an internal component and is not disclosed or communicated individually to astrologers.
• However, astrologers will receive the net earnings (price set by the astrologer minus gateway charges), and that value is shown transparently in the wallet.

c. Payment Gateway Charges

• Payment gateway charges are applicable for all transactions and are subject to change based on the payment method used by the user (UPI, cards, wallets, etc.).
• The net amount credited to the astrologer's wallet reflects the deduction of these charges automatically.

d. Earnings Disbursement

• Astrologer earnings are credited to the AstroTamil wallet after every completed consultation.
• Once the wallet balance reaches the minimum withdrawal threshold set by AstroTamil, astrologers can manually request a payout from their dashboard.
• AstroTamil will not automatically initiate any withdrawals. Withdrawals must be initiated by the astrologer.
• In the event of user refunds or disputes, AstroTamil reserves the right to withhold or adjust equivalent amounts after investigation.

e. GST Compliance

• AstroTamil is responsible for collecting GST from users and remitting it to the appropriate authorities for its own platform services.
• However, if an astrologer's total annual withdrawal crosses ₹20,00,000, they are mandated by law to obtain and furnish a valid GST certificate.
• In such cases, astrologers must:
  • Register under GST as a service provider.
  • Share their GSTIN with AstroTamil for invoice tagging and filing compliance.
  • Submit GST-compliant invoices for their services using a format approved or accepted by AstroTamil, if requested.
• Suggested Best Practice:
  • Register under the Regular GST Scheme (not Composition) since you're offering inter-state digital services.
  • File monthly GSTR-1 and quarterly GSTR-3B returns (or as advised by your tax consultant).
  • Consult a GST practitioner for automated, error-free filings and reconciliation.

5. CODE OF CONDUCT & ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

AstroTamil is committed to maintaining a respectful, ethical, and professional environment for both astrologers and users. All astrologers are expected to adhere to the following guidelines strictly:

a. Professional Behaviour

• Astrologers must treat all users with respect, patience, and courtesy during chat or call sessions.
• Use of foul, offensive, threatening, or disrespectful language will lead to immediate temporary suspension or permanent deactivation of the astrologer's profile, depending on the severity.
• Disputes, arguments, or complaints will be thoroughly reviewed, and the astrologer's account may be paused during the review period.

b. Privacy & Confidentiality

• Astrologers are strictly prohibited from sharing their personal information including:
  • Real name
  • Phone number
  • Email ID
  • Social media handles
  • Personal website or Office/home address
• Any attempt to establish direct contact with users outside the AstroTamil platform will result in profile termination without notice.
• Astrologers must not disclose or misuse any user-shared confidential information outside the consultation environment.

c. Misuse of Platform

• Astrologers are not allowed to:
  • Divert users to any competing astrology platform
  • Promote other apps, websites, or personal services during consultation
  • Offer black magic, vashikaran, or similarly prohibited services
• Any such activity will result in immediate and permanent removal from the platform.

d. Profile Authenticity

• The display name and profile picture approved at the time of onboarding must not be changed without prior written approval from the AstroTamil team.
• The same display name and profile photo cannot be reused on other astrology platforms or websites.
• In case of violations, the astrologer's account will be suspended or deactivated, and legal action may be initiated for impersonation or misuse.

e. Platform Exclusivity

• Astrologers who are actively consulting on AstroTamil must not offer their services on any competing astrology platforms.
• AstroTamil reserves the right to perform periodic checks, and any conflict of interest or breach will lead to suspension or termination of the profile.

f. Honesty in Service

• Astrologers should not make exaggerated or guaranteed claims, such as 100% prediction accuracy, miraculous results, or quick-fix remedies.
• They are expected to guide users with ethical practices and responsible advice, focused on clarity, empowerment, and astrological logic.

g. User Ratings and Reviews

• Users have the option to leave public reviews after a consultation.
• Astrologers must maintain decorum while responding to reviews and are not permitted to argue, reveal user data, or post defensive responses.
• Abusing the review system in any way (creating fake reviews, soliciting feedback) will lead to disciplinary action.

6. REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & DISPUTE HANDLING

At AstroTamil, we aim to ensure user satisfaction while protecting the integrity of our astrologers. The following terms outline how refunds and disputes are handled:

a. Refunds

• AstroTamil reserves the right to process a partial or full refund to users if a valid complaint is raised regarding the quality of consultation or unavailability of service.
• In the event of refund initiation, the decision will be made after an internal quality check of chat/call records by the compliance team.
• The refund will be processed without needing the astrologer's approval if found valid.
• Refunds may be initiated for any of the following reasons:
  • Astrologer not responding or delaying the session.
  • Incomplete or irrelevant responses.
  • Technical or connectivity issues from the astrologer's end.
  • Any misbehavior or policy violation by the astrologer.

b. Cancellations

• Users can cancel a scheduled session (if such a feature is introduced in future). If prepaid, refund policies will apply.
• In case of astrologer unavailability during their scheduled online hours or session slot, AstroTamil may cancel the session on behalf of the user and offer compensation or rescheduling.

c. Dispute Handling

• All chats and calls are recorded for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes.
• Any disputes or grievances raised by users will be reviewed impartially by AstroTamil's internal compliance team using recorded chats/calls and user feedback.
• Astrologer accounts may be temporarily paused during investigation.
• Repeated complaints or unresolved disputes may result in:
  • Profile suspension
  • Permanent deactivation
  • Loss of verified badge

7. INDEMNITY & LEGAL PROTECTION

Astrologers providing services on AstroTamil are expected to adhere to platform standards and ethical practices at all times. To protect the interests of AstroTamil and its user base, the following indemnity and legal protection clauses shall apply:

a. Indemnification by Astrologer

By registering as an astrologer on the AstroTamil platform, you (the astrologer) agree to:

• Indemnify and hold harmless Bloom Matrix (the parent company of AstroTamil), its directors, employees, representatives, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from:
  • Your breach of any terms mentioned herein.
  • Any dispute or issue resulting from your predictions, remedies, or suggestions.
  • Misuse of customer data or violation of privacy rules.
  • Any legal claims arising due to your offline interactions with users initially connected through AstroTamil.
• The indemnification obligation will survive even after termination or deactivation of your profile.

b. Legal Dispute Cooperation

• In the event of any legal complaint filed by a user or third party against you regarding your AstroTamil service, you are required to cooperate fully in the investigation and provide necessary documentation and clarification to the compliance/legal team.
• If required, you must attend virtual hearings, video calls, or provide written clarification to regulatory or legal authorities with respect to your conduct on the platform.

c. Legal Action by AstroTamil

• AstroTamil reserves the right to initiate legal action, including but not limited to civil or criminal proceedings, against astrologers who:
  • Misrepresent qualifications or provide fraudulent information.
  • Engage in any misconduct, defamation, or damage to the reputation of the platform.
  • Attempt to poach users or divert AstroTamil clients to personal or competitor platforms.
  • Share confidential or sensitive AstroTamil policy information publicly or with competitors.
• In case of any violation leading to a loss of trust, revenue, or brand reputation, AstroTamil may recover damages through legal means including, but not limited to, filing for damages, seeking injunctions, and recovering pending payouts.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

a. Confidentiality

• All internal policies, operational systems, client communication details, commission structures, algorithms, and any other proprietary or business-sensitive information shared by AstroTamil with astrologers are strictly confidential.
• Astrologers shall not disclose such information to any third party, including other astrologers, competitor platforms, media, or the public in any manner (online or offline), without prior written permission from Bloom Matrix (AstroTamil's parent company).
• Disclosure of any user-related private data such as names, birth details, contact information, chat transcripts, audio recordings, etc., is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate suspension or termination, along with possible legal action.
• These confidentiality obligations shall remain applicable even after the astrologer has been deactivated or removed from the platform.

b. Intellectual Property

• The entire content, layout, branding elements, app features, consultation tools, user interface, AI systems, prediction formats, and platform design belong to Bloom Matrix and are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
• By registering and providing services on AstroTamil, the astrologer grants the platform a royalty-free, non-exclusive right to use:
  • Their profile name, image, and content (like responses or reports) for promotional or branding purposes in digital and offline media.
• No astrologer shall reuse or copy any unique AstroTamil report format, prediction structure, user database, or communication style for their personal or third-party use without written consent.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, replicate, or extract the logic or structure behind the AI-generated predictions or Panchangam engine is strictly prohibited.

9. TERMINATION & SUSPENSION POLICIES

a. Right to Suspend or Terminate

• AstroTamil reserves the right to suspend or terminate the astrologer's profile at any time under the following conditions:
  • Breach of any term outlined in these Terms & Conditions.
  • Misconduct, abusive behavior, or disrespect towards users or staff.
  • Sharing personal contact details or attempting to take users offline.
  • False qualifications, fraud, or misrepresentation.
  • Violation of exclusivity by working with or promoting competitors.
  • Multiple user complaints or poor feedback verified by the compliance team.
• Suspension may be temporary or permanent, based on the severity of the issue. AstroTamil holds sole discretion in this matter.

b. Notice Period

• Astrologers wishing to voluntarily resign from the platform must provide a minimum of 30 days notice via official email to the AstroTamil team.
• All pending payouts and access to the app will be settled only after completion of the notice period.
• AstroTamil may waive the notice period in exceptional cases but reserves the right to withhold final payouts if the astrologer exits unprofessionally or causes harm to the platform.

c. Post-Termination Obligations

• After resignation or removal from AstroTamil:
  • The astrologer must cease using their AstroTamil display name, profile photo, or brand association anywhere online or offline.
  • Must not solicit AstroTamil customers through any channel or use the AstroTamil tag to gain credibility.
• Any violation of these post-termination obligations may lead to legal action, recovery of damages, and ban from future onboarding.

10. REFUNDS & CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS

a. Refund Policy Handling

• All services provided by astrologers through the AstroTamil platform are chargeable. However, AstroTamil may process refunds to users in full or part in cases of:
  • Dissatisfaction due to poor-quality service.
  • Technical issues during the consultation.
  • Violation of platform policies by the astrologer.
• AstroTamil holds the sole discretion to approve or deny refunds after internal verification.
• Astrologers will not be informed in advance about refunds being initiated, but they may be notified post-process for transparency and future awareness.
• If refunds are processed for services offered by a particular astrologer, the payout corresponding to that service will be deducted from their earnings or adjusted in future payouts.

b. Handling of Complaints

• All astrologers must maintain a high standard of communication, professionalism, and astrological quality. Complaints regarding:
  • Incorrect predictions.
  • Rude or disrespectful communication.
  • Delays or ignoring paid users.
  • Unethical remedies or misinformation will be reviewed by the internal quality and compliance team.
• Verified complaints may lead to actions such as:
  • Temporary profile suspension.
  • Permanent deactivation for repeated issues.
  • Downgrade of visibility or removal from priority listing.
• AstroTamil will not entertain appeals if the complaint is verified by call/chat records and quality audit.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & LEGAL JURISDICTION

a. Dispute Handling Mechanism

• In case of any conflict or dispute between the astrologer and the platform, both parties agree to first attempt a resolution through internal communication and clarification via email or phone.
• If the dispute remains unresolved, either party may seek mediation or arbitration, with both parties selecting a neutral mediator.
• AstroTamil will not be liable for any financial, emotional, or reputational loss claimed by astrologers based on internal algorithm decisions, visibility rankings, customer behavior, or reviews.

b. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions and all associated agreements shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India.
• The exclusive legal jurisdiction for any dispute, legal proceeding, or litigation shall lie with the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
• The astrologer agrees not to pursue or promote any class action suit or encourage public defamation or social media campaigns against the platform in any form.

12. NON-SOLICITATION & PLATFORM ETHICS

a. Non-Solicitation

• Astrologers shall not solicit or attempt to build any direct communication with users of AstroTamil outside the platform, including but not limited to:
  • Sharing personal contact details (phone number, email, social media, etc.)
  • Requesting users to connect outside AstroTamil.
  • Promoting personal services or other platforms.
• Any attempt to divert users for personal or commercial gain outside AstroTamil is a serious violation and may result in:
  • Immediate profile deactivation
  • Blacklisting from future association
  • Legal action if deemed necessary

b. Non-Compete

• Once onboarded, astrologers must not offer online consultation services on any other astrology platform (free or paid) that is similar to AstroTamil in format, intention, or audience, without explicit written permission from AstroTamil.
• Astrologers must not engage in content creation, marketing, hiring astrologers, or backend support for competing astrology apps while associated with AstroTamil.
• Any attempt to replicate platform models, lure AstroTamil customers, or influence other astrologers to join other platforms will be treated as breach of contract and may result in:
  • Permanent ban
  • Legal action
  • Reclaiming of pending earnings if breach is proven

13. CONTACT, PRIVACY & PLATFORM RIGHTS

a. Contact & Communication

• All official communication will be sent via:
  • Registered email or phone number
  • App notifications
  • Admin dashboard
  Astrologers are expected to check their dashboard regularly for updates.
• Any change in phone number, email, or bank details must be updated only through support ticket via the platform dashboard. Direct messages or informal updates will not be accepted.

b. Confidentiality & Privacy

• All user data (chats, call logs, birth details, consultation details) accessed by astrologers is strictly confidential. It must not be copied, saved, or shared under any circumstance.
• Astrologers are not permitted to use user data for:
  • Future marketing
  • Research
  • Social media testimonials
  Violation will lead to termination.

c. Content Ownership & Platform Rights

• All content created on the AstroTamil platform — including text predictions, chat summaries, profile reviews, etc. — remains the property of Bloom Matrix, the parent company of AstroTamil.
• AstroTamil reserves the right to:
  • Display astrologer profile (name & photo) on the website, social media, or promotional materials.
  • Use recorded sessions for internal training, compliance checks, or marketing, with prior permission when applicable.

14. ASTROLOGER TRAINING & PERFORMANCE MONITORING

a. Training & Orientation

• AstroTamil may provide orientation or training materials to astrologers during or after onboarding. Completion of such modules may be mandatory before enabling public access to your profile.
• Refusal or failure to complete required training may delay or suspend profile activation.

b. Performance Monitoring

• AstroTamil reserves the right to monitor all consultations, chats, and user feedback for quality assurance purposes.
• If repeated complaints are found or a consistent drop in user ratings is noticed, the astrologer may be issued a performance warning or be required to undergo re-evaluation or mentoring.
• Non-compliance or failure to improve after notice may result in temporary suspension or profile deactivation.

15. USE OF AI & ALGORITHMIC TOOLS

• The AstroTamil platform may use AI-based tools to assist in content generation, horoscope calculation, or prediction drafting. Astrologers must not misuse or tamper with such systems.
• Any attempt to copy or externally replicate the algorithmic model or AI-generated formats will lead to immediate termination and legal proceedings.
• Astrologers must not claim personal authorship of AI-generated predictions unless reviewed and customized manually.

16. PENALTIES & ENFORCEMENT

• While AstroTamil does not levy monetary fines, the following actions shall be taken based on the nature and severity of violation:
  • Warning notice via email/dashboard
  • Temporary suspension (ranging from 3 to 30 days) depending on severity, after which performance review and written explanation may be required for reactivation
  • Permanent account deactivation
  • Blacklist from future association
  • Withholding or cancellation of payouts (for serious breaches)
  • Initiation of civil or criminal proceedings (in cases of impersonation, fraud, or data theft)
• AstroTamil reserves full discretion in determining the appropriate level of action and may escalate based on repeat offenses or failure to cooperate.

17. DISCLAIMER ON SERVICE LIMITATIONS

• Astrologers must inform users during consultations that astrology is a subject based on traditional belief systems and not a substitute for medical, legal, or psychological advice. They should also avoid providing any predictions or remedies that could directly influence critical decisions like surgery, childbirth, legal action, or financial investments without appropriate disclaimers.
• AstroTamil will not be liable for any direct or indirect consequences arising from the user's action based on advice given. The astrologer assumes full responsibility for the ethical delivery of services.

18. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS

• The astrologer acknowledges and agrees that their engagement with AstroTamil (operated by Bloom Matrix) is that of an independent contractor, and not an employee, agent, partner, or legal representative of the Company.
• No provision of this agreement shall be construed as creating an employer-employee relationship, joint venture, partnership, or agency between the astrologer and AstroTamil.
• The astrologer shall be solely responsible for their own taxes, including but not limited to income tax, GST (if applicable), and any other statutory deductions required under law. AstroTamil shall not withhold or remit any such taxes on behalf of the astrologer.
• The astrologer shall not be entitled to any employment benefits such as provident fund (PF), employee state insurance (ESI), gratuity, bonuses, paid leave, or health insurance from AstroTamil.
• The astrologer is free to determine the manner and means of performing services on the AstroTamil platform, provided they adhere to the terms of service, platform policies, and quality guidelines set by AstroTamil.
• Nothing in this agreement shall be deemed to restrict the astrologer from engaging in other lawful business activities, so long as such activities do not conflict with the non-compete, exclusivity, and confidentiality clauses outlined in these Terms.
